Bee Lawn Seed - Deluxe Mix

Bee lawns support pollinators, including native bees, while maintaining the function and beauty associated with a traditional lawn. They are perfect for recreation, or just to add some lush green space to your yard. Beyond being good for pollinators, bee lawns also tend to be more drought resistant and require fewer inputs than traditional lawns.

The Bee Lawn Deluxe Seed Mixture incorporates five flower species to maximize floral diversity for bees and other pollinators. Three of the flowers, White Dutch Clover, Self-Heal, and Creeping Thyme have been shown to support more than 60 bee species in Minnesota alone.  The Blue-eyed Grass and Yaak Yarrow are Minnesota native species that provide high-quality forage for a variety of native species, including bees, butterflies, beetles, and even songbirds! The mix is rounded out with low-input fine fescue grass.

The 1 lb size covers 200 square feet, perfect for a typical urban boulevard or other small space. The 3 lb size covers 600 square feet, which may cover your front or back yard space depending on your lot size.
